Dover Town Hall Bin Store Construction Project

TM Contracts was appointed to deliver a new purpose-built bin store and drainage solution for Dover Town Hall, designed to improve waste management, accessibility, and overall site organisation.

The project involved the construction of a durable and secure bin storage area using high-quality Jacksons Fencing components for the sides and gates. To further enhance the functionality of the space, TM Contracts designed and manufactured a bespoke roof structure, providing protection from adverse weather conditions while preventing disruption from seagulls.

Groundworks were completed to prepare a strong and long-lasting foundation for the new structure. Existing tarmac was excavated using machinery to achieve the correct levels before a compacted sub-base and reinforcing mesh were installed. A concrete base was then poured to create a robust platform for the final assembly of the bin store on site.

The completed installation was carefully constructed to the agreed specifications, ensuring a practical and reliable solution for the council.
