Perimeter Security Fencing in Sittingbourne

Our team was appointed by COOK, the award-winning frozen meals company, to supply and install a new perimeter security fence ahead of the opening of their new distribution centre in Sittingbourne. The project formed part of COOK’s wider investment in secure, fit-for-purpose infrastructure to support their expanding logistics operation.

Background

As COOK prepared to launch its new facility in Sittingbourne, securing the site was a top priority. The distribution centre required a robust boundary solution to ensure the safety of goods, staff, and vehicles, as well as to clearly define the limits of the premises.

Works Included

• Supply and installation of 2.4m high triple point palisade fencing
• Green powder-coated finish to match the company’s environmental and visual standards
• Total fencing length of 364 metres along the site boundary
• Installation of one new single leaf pedestrian access gate
• Installation of one double leaf vehicle access gate

Outcome

The completed works provide COOK with a strong and visually unobtrusive perimeter fencing system that enhances both security and site definition. The green powder-coated palisade fencing blends neatly with the surrounding environment while delivering high levels of durability and protection. The addition of pedestrian and vehicle gates ensures safe and practical access for staff and deliveries. The project was delivered on time, helping prepare the facility for full operational readiness.
