Case Study – Project Cooks Floor resurfacing

Background

Cooks required an extra warehouse to keep more freezers and stored areas to keep up with their work due to a busy lockdown period, this was our second large phase for this company.

Works to include

Removal and disposal of approximately 8m wide x 45m long area
Level existing floor
Lay Membrane with reinforcing mesh
Installation of new drains
Large concrete pour
Shutter up a new base for one freezer
Creating a temporary side door so we could access the floor with concrete pipes.

Outcome

Brand new concrete poured floor levelled off, with a large pad to store a freezer on. New drains were installed to carry any water out of the building.
